The Courier guy - pathetic beyond words, non caring, ***********, unwilling to help, no customer service orientation

I thought sending a parcel is easy. What a disaster to get assistance from the Courier guy, no one cares, they do absolutely nothing to help. Even supervisor is pathetic and 9ncompetent
