The Courier Guy pathetic after service

Booked a pudo and because of an error the booking has to be cancelled. Pudo dont give the user an option to cancel and therefor an email must be send to Pudo support to cancel booking. An email was send to Pudo minutes after the booking, a follow up was done also. Pudo only respond the next day to inform me the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund can be done. This is pathetic service, if you have no option to cancel the booking yourself and must rely on their slow response, please you must be an expert to not making mistakes. I am still waiting for their whatsapp message, two days with no reply yet.
