The courier guy or the courier joke........I think the latter is true

TCG***9 the waybill concern proves how uncaring and unprofessional this company is. Briefly, you have to pay for their services upfront, than they collect your parcel but all risks are your problem. This parcel was collect last Thursday and was meant to be delivered the next day. They claim the recipient changed the delivery address, all lies, they did not deliver to the "new "address either. Today is Tuesday, 5 days later after they ran out of lies and excuses suddenly the address I gave is a high risk area......took them 5 days to tell me that....in the meantime my business suffers.....the customer has no transportation but was told to collect from the depot.....5 days later.....this company is an absolute joke......Disgusted
