The courier guy not to be trusted

We ordered an item from JHB which was in three parts. One of the parts got lost/******/ missing before his was delivered to us. After now in talks with them about the missing parcel for over a month, they now tell me they will only give me R1000 for the missing part. Where as the complete unit costs over R27000 and without the missing part, the unit wont work. I cant believe the BS from them. Are we now to just throw away R26000 because they cant do their jobs. THIS WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER.....
