The Courier Guy not taking responsibility

A client ordered stock and two of the bottle had liquid in. The Courier Guy contacted us at a later stage that the bottles were leaking. The bottles were fine when it left our warehouse, but because their T's and C's state that they do not cover liquids, they refuse to do anything about it. Their driver even signed our document that he checked everything and all is in order.
