The Courier Guy - not organised at all

I was interesting in using The Courier Guy's service & wished to enquire about the services the offer & the rates that they charge. Twice I called their Cape Town office & twice I was asked for my name & contact number & was told that someone will give me a call. Needless to say, I haven't yet heard a word from this company. If they can't even follow-up on potential new business, how good can their courier service be? I assume that The Courier Guy is so busy & making so much money that they are not interested in anything new.
