The Courier Guy not interested in missing goods

The Courier Guy appears to have lost, or ******, one of two items in our shipment from Durban to Pretoria. I have communicated all the required information, and sent numerous follow-up e-mails, for them to investigate but have had no response. This is a very expensive industrial item from Germany and our customer required it urgently today. They missed 2 collection deadlines and now could not be bothered to respond. PRMGRD / #***8
