The courier guy ... NOT DELIVERING ON TIME

I received a tracking number for a very important parcel i was waiting for at 07:41 the morning saying my package is enroute. A whole day was placed on hold as i was awaiting my package. In the end I started phoning to confirm delivery time and to make sure my details are all correct and to be informed by a consultant that I should not worry my package will still be delivered ... at 20:00 the evening still no package, no phone call nothing from their side to inform ne of my packages where abouts... even their tracking portal still has my package as out for deluvery the only thing that changed was the 1st time i tracked the time was set at 07:41 and then after 18:00 and after a call... it was set to 18:25 out for delivery. I would not recommend them to anyone as wether you are a business or a provate person, your important packages do not get delivered on the day they themselves stipulate and you have to keep phoning them. So now I wonder... due to your lack of delivery, will you now reimburse me for my time wasted at home?
