THE COURIER GUY NOT DELIVERING MY IPHONE AND NO CLEAR INDICATION OF THE WEHEREABOUT DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER

I placed an order from Apple Guy on the 17th April 2026, The Courier Guy sent me an email stating that they have collected the phone on the 20th April 2026. I also received a tracking number. Expected delivery was 24th April 2026, but ever since then the status was IN TRANSIT. As of today, 04th May 2026, I have not received the phone. Follow up emails are not being answered to. When calling them, they say they will come back to me but nobody actually phones back so that I can know the status of my delivery. To say I am angry is an understatement. I will never deal with the company that uses The Courier Guy.
