The Courier guy not cool!!

I have an account with The Courier Guy. I requested a quotation for a parcel to be collected on the 11 of Dec 2018 from a business in Uitenhage. The Parcel needs to come to me in Pretoria. I requested a quote and decided to use the airfreight option as I need this item urgently. Late afternoon i log into my account to see whether the parcel was collected. It shows that it was. This morning 12 Dec client phones me and says parcel has yet to be collected. I make numerous calls only to be placed on hold. I get cut off 4 times after 4:50mins of holding each time. No one is able to help... It so frustrating. I'm generally a very placid guy, but JEEESH!! Come on. Don't bull**** your clients!!! I need that parcel on Thursday 13 Dec. This is why I accepted the quote in the first place!!! The call center is useless. I asked to speak to a manager only to be cut off again. What am I to do now?? Service in this country is non existent!! Now having to resort to Hello Peter WTH. Can some one at courier guy sort me out and please get me a number of someone who actually answers their phone or at least has the decency to call me back..
