The Courier Guy no service
A parcel was collected on Tuesday close to Nelspruit and as of today in Pretoria, Saturday the 11th, it has not been found, never mind delivered. That is not actually the issue, it happens, hopefully not often though. The issue is that we have phoned 4 times because although they promise to, no-one calls back. And it takes a long time before your call is actually answered. The WhatsApp chat response is over hours! Everything is unprofessional. Staff are trained what to say to complaining clients, but that is where the service stops. The 086 number just rings and rings and rings.

They have not read the review above, so this is just them working on solving the problem, and doing it, on A Sunday. Thank you, but please still look and communication with your clients. We actually are very important to you!
