The Courier Guy no service

Package shipped from Kemptin Park to Krugersdorp 3 days ago still not received. They do not answer their help line, waited 12 minutes and then the line went dead. Tried help bot told they were transferring me to an agent 15 minutes later nothing. Why are they still in business?
