The Courier Guy No service

My parcel address docet got changed by someone in the company. They scratched put the correct address and changed the area of delivery. Then the person who received it contacted me. I spent 2 days trying to get hold of someone at The courier guy, using online chat, email and phone with no way of getting it sorted or picked up. I am still waiting!
