THE COURIER GUY - NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

This has been the worst experience for me using these people to get a parcel to me. Parcel was sent to me from Potch on Thursday 21.05.2020 so it was suppose to reach me on the 22nd. All my details have been written on the waybill ticket. At 4:30PM i started phoning to find out where my parcel is as I gave my work address for delivery and I would only be there till 17:00. Up and down I was sent. Finding out my parcel was delivered to the wrong institution after my work name was also on the waybill ticket. Eventually got through to a manager of the drivers who said in fault driver delivered to wrong place and that the driver will collect the parcel where he delivered it and then drop off by me before 09:00AM this morning. It has still not happened. I phoned The courier guy depot to be informed my parcel was returned to their depot Friday night at 18:00. So the story differs feom what the driver and manager telles me. This has been the worst experience in something that should have been effortless. Nightmare and about 2hoirs worth of airtime spent and still no parcel. Never again will I make use of their services.
