The Courier Guy needs to step things up

The Courier Guy is starting to drop the ball. It is unfortunate as I have for the most part always been impressed with their service. The last few times that I had to have something delivered to me though my packages got to me later and later. An overnight package has at present now taken four days, now lingering somewhere in the ether, which is rather unacceptable. Packages sent from me get to customers later and later also. Another thing that bothers me is that I only received eventual feedback from the delivery hub, despite trying to contact the head office. The Courier Guy needs to start juggling ***** a bit better again should they wish to continue to pride themselves on excellent service, which in all honesty they can't truly do at present.
