The Courier Guy needs geography lessons and problem solving skills

I wanted to send package to Jan Kempdorp from their Middelburg branch for collection from nearest collection point. They could not tell me where is their closest point. Their solution to their problem - Sir, you can google it, then i can help you. The Courier Guy, please give your staff some geography lessons and learn them how to solve problems. I eventually send the package with PEP Stores. They have more branches al***** and are cheaper and they are actually not in the courier business per say.
