THE Courier guy must be canceled

Courier guy nonsense service 2 x times in a row Today they **** about my shipment saying it wasn't ready for collection , I don't think their drivers are working worse part it's Friday, I don't even think they want there, I need a proof of a tracker confirming the driver attempted collection **** service ever no one is monitoring the bunch of drunkard drivers working there I am annoyed, I have disappointed my clients due to their nonsense service 😒 😑 😤
