The Courier Guy most unhelpful

TCG transported a package for me. I paid them on 11th March. I was unable to send a POP in the form they required, but I did send one on a SMS, which contained ALL the details which they would require to identify the receipt in their bank. Now on the 22nd March they are still refusing to release the package in the grounds that the POP is not to their liking. They will not even ask the accounting department whether the money has arrived! I have been in contact with them by email (over 20 sent) and phone (8 calls made). The staff are MOST UNHELPFUL. In one case I was told that I was being put through to a supervisor - turns out the supervisor was not even in that day. Avoid TCG if you can
