The Courier Guy & Makro = Useless and ***********

I DO NOT GET THE OPTION FOR ZERO STARS HENCE THE 1. The Courier Guy being used by Makro for a delivery. Tuesday- 21 October. I get a WhatsApp message from Courier guy at 6:30am which said that delivery is being made with pin attached. The whole day passes by with no delivery. At 16:49 I get an e mail from Makro saying delivery as failed as I was unavailable. I wasn't contacted by anyone through out the day regarding delivery. I am still pondering how I was unavailable. Wednesday- 22 October. I get a message at 6:30am again from the courier guy saying delivery is being done with pin number . Entire day goes by & nothing AGAIN. I call the Makro call center & explain to the agent as to what has NOT HAPPENED. She says her system says that delivery is expected by Friday & there's nothing she can do. She says that I must call the Courier Guy & raise a query. Did I buy the product from Makro or The Courier Guy ??? I am not sure now ?? The Courier Guy is absolutely useless and Makro is not far behind.
