The Courier Guy loves to handle your package BADLY

I often use The Courier Guy for business and multiple times I have been emailed saying that the parcels were not ready for collection. This is interesting because during all those times, not a singular person from the Courier guy came into my store and asked for the parcels. I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID FOR OVERNIGHT if I understood that The Courier guy doesn't understand what overnight means. Also how can you say that the parcel is in the city I sent to and then say it can only be delivered days later Bloemfontein is not big enough for that excuse to be honest. Waybill number: SRZJGS
