The Courier Guy Lost /****** Parcel

I ordered a few items on the 8th July 2020, the company I brought from used The Courier Guy. They were supposed to arrive within 7 days. After a week of unsuccessfully tracking my parcel I called The Courier Guy and was re-directed to the Lephalale branch because that is where the parcel was last traced. The Lephalale branch has been giving me the run around for weeks. I'm not getting any answers as to where my parcel is! I'm running out of airtime calling and calling being put on hold till the phone hangs up. Emails unanswered. I mean what am I supposed do now? Can they find my parcel or refund me? It's the 19th August today, I am still being ignored. My emails aswell.
