The Courier guy, lost package

Absolutely pathetic service, first they loos a package. Find it in Capetown where it should be in Welkom, and the package has not moved in 4 days. I have contacted The Courier Guy help desk and emails have been sent up and down but their dont give a **** attitude is what upsets me the most. We use courier guy on a daily basis and the level of service is de teriorating at a rate of knots
