The Courier Guy lost my two parcels and have canceled the transaction!!!

TCG have lost my two parcels and instead of resolving the matter, they've decided to cancel the transaction.

TCG collected 3 items from my house in Cape Town on the 8th. These items were supposed to be returned back to 3 separate suppliers in Jhb, however, TCG returned all 3 parcels to one supplier. We established this misunderstanding and we (Mysef, TCG & Makro) clarified what the subsequent steps to be taken by TCG should to rectify the situation. I was happy with the way forward.

However, since then TCG has been sending driver to collect the same products to my house a few times when the collection should be at that supplier's address in Jhb, That's a clear indication of miscommunication within TCG. Instead of resolving the matter, they've decided to cancel and close the waybill.

Makro is unable to process my refunds because TCG has unresolved the waybills. Two weeks later, no one at TCG wants to take accountability, instead they're ignoring my calls and emails. I'm beyond angry!!!
