The courier guy lost my parcel

The sent my parcel to Durban for my mother for mother's day. They collected the parcel then they lost my parcel. They are not giving me feedback on what to happen now and I have been reaching out but no clear feedback on what to do next. I am not happy about this service as I have spent my money on the gift as well as delivery for them to courier my parcel. This is utterly *********** of this company and very *************.
