The Courier Guy Losing Parcels

They have lost parcels and mixed up waybills. And have no intend on rectifying it. Still waiting on my missing parcels, willingness to help is terrible. No suggestions were made to rectify the problem and no offer of reimbur*****t was made. Would not recommend them
