The Courier Guy Lose Parcels

I have been struggling with 2 claims from The Courier Guy since October 2024 and to date, 9 January 2025, there is no resolution. They think that if they ignore me or just don't do their jobs I will go away. I have provided all the information and evidence that they are liable for the loss of my goods but not even the Manager is willing to assist
