The Courier Guy looses parcel and won't pay-up!!!!

After losing my parcels for 2 weeks and only receiving 2 out of 4 boxes today, I'm now told that the other two was taken during a Hijacking? How come only 2 boxes? Where was the other 2 boxes. Isn't a hijacking when they take 4 out of 4? How do I know the parcels were not ******/lost by TCG staff. I'm now told that I will only get paid out R 1 000 for the two boxes which costs me R 9 800. I'm not very happy with this situation where a courier cannot look after your parcels and then not take any responsibility when through their negligence there is a loss. I will take this further with SAP now to investigate.
