The Courier Guy list parcel

DL-SIZOX0 was never delivered, they tried to tell me it was, I asked how I could have got it out of a Pudo locker without a pin??? They took a week to tell me it was actually lost, they asked for the invoice for the goods, then they asked me to submit the invoice and a lot of other information, which I did, they said they would refund me. Now they are totally ignoring me, not responding to emails or any other communication. I had to purchase the goods again, keep my customer hanging for 2 weeks, this is apauling service, ***ards. Other people in my area tell me this happens often to them.
