The Courier Guy LIE!

I made an on-line purchase which included delivery using this company. The driver called me this morning, I could not take his call but tried to return his call twice shortly thereafter. He never answered his phone. He then called me at around 15:30 saying he wanted to deliver my parcel. I was at the optometrist at the time but I excused myself from there so that I could be at home to meet the courier. I was also due to go to my business in the next town but I postponed that in order to receive my urgent package. After receiving a missed call from the driver, yet again, I called him back. He then told me he was at the Mall of the North (where I was earlier at the optometrist) but I should not worry, he would deliver my parcel. After almost an hour I called him back, only to be told by him he was now at his depot but that he would still deliver my package. I then tried calling him almost a dozen times, no answer....it is now 19:00 and no delivery or no answer from this courier company driver.

The Courier Guy service is pathetic! Where do you find your drivers? Are they trained to lie to customers? I will make sure that I inform any company that wants to make use your services of this experience!
