The courier guy klerksdorp

So unhappy with the service I have called their number over and over nobody answers the phone!! And my package was supposed to arrive on Friday 14/12/2018 but they failed to call me and let me know they are here because they were late and so the package was supposed to be delivered on 19/12/2018 because they only deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's half past 3 and still nothing so I'm assuming no package again!!! Pathetic service and they can really just answer their ****** phone so customers know what's going on!!!! Thanks for not giving a **** courier guy kld hope my package gets here before Christmas so I don't have to look my disappointed nieces in the eyes this year and tell them I have no gift!!!!!!
