The Courier Guy killed my business

Courier Guy killed my business 😭😭😭😭😭 I lost a parcel. I made 100 calls making follow up calling left and right. They gave someone my parcel that was supposed to be dropped in a locker. When I asked they said the were parcel going to the same address. They have the address and the number of the person who they changed and send the pin to it is clear in the system. But till today I have not yet received that parcel. Last update I got was saying that they found where the parcel was delivered to they are trying to get hold of the customer. They completely forgot about my cash flow and how this has affected my business. I spent a lot of Airtime calling everyday and writing emails. Till this date. I also lost trust from my customers because of my bad service. Over something that has been clear from day 1. Even the address where the parcel was delivered to is written on the system. This is not the first time I losing a parcel from courier guy. Last time they said they were hijacked and they only pay R1000 for hijacking even though the parcel was was 10+. But this one was clear it is just that they do not care. I have screenshots of communication since day one.
