The courier guy Kathu is trash

This has to be the worst courier company to date. The mere fact that I was sent a package a month ago and they keep skipping my town for the delivery everyday having a different nonsensical excuse is utterly unacceptable. This is not the great service I'm used to from you guys. The courier guy Kathu needs to do better🙌
