I had a parcel send to me on 25/03/2021 from Enjo Consultants from JHB to JHB Serv LSF. WAYBILL OLW***4. Contact them on 25/03 9:19 to give instructions that they must phone me to gain entrance to my complex and confirmed my cell number. Friday 15:10 I got a call from the driver, confirming that he is at my gate - which turned out that they were at a wrong address. I gave him my correct address and he informed me that the parcel will be delivered the next day. Contacted them Monday 3 time to inquiry the state of my parcel with excuses each time. I contacted them early on Tuesday to confirm that my parcel will be delivered today but still no parcel. I then contacted them again this afternoon and they told me that they will call me back in 15 minutes - it has no been 2 hours and still no parcel. I actually asked the guy if I will get the call before next yeat
