The Courier Guy Jeffreysbay

The courier guy in jeffreysbay...... I dont have words to describe how bad there service is, my delivery was scheduled and I was informed of delivery on monday, just to phone and find out that the returned my parcels to hub, after waiting the whole day, then when I phoned them they promised it will be delivered with the truck on tuesday, after waiting the whole day tuesday for the truck no one delivered, at 4pm I phoned just to hear that my pacel will only be delivered today(wednesday). How do I run a self employed bussiness, to wait at home while I have work to be done. The courier guy quotes this on there site "Trust The Courier Guy for reliable SA-wide courier services. As leaders, we guarantee prompt nationwide delivery, prioritising your needs with care." Where is the prompt delivery? Where is the communication? I HAVE TO PHONE THEM TO FIND OUT WHERE MY PARCEL IS! Disgracefull service! I will let this be known to all social media and reviews!
