The Courier Guy is utterly terrible!!!

First of all I would like to say that they do not answer phones. I called their center in Johannesburg and in Middelburg(Middelburg 3 times) without answer. When they answered I was given a ****py attitude without me over reacting yet. I was given a number to call(Courier itself) and this was the wrong number. I was never informed of the status of my delivery after it left the last place although I requested it more than several times. Being promised that it would be delivered on this day I was still calm. Then i finally got hold of the courier. I was then told they will not have time to deliver it so now I have to wait 3 more days. I am so upset right now and in the future would not use them again. Spent about R50 airtime(which I will not get back) just to find out specifics.
