The courier guy is useless

The courier Guy was informed of a collection on 17th January 2025 at a company I purchased an item from when they arrived the vehicle was the incorrect vehicle as it is a large item, today is the 22nd of January 2025 and they where there again with the wrong vehicle, I contacted the courier guy and there answer was just the item was not ready for collection, I immediately contacted the company I have purchased the item from and they assured me the item was ready for collection on the 17th January 2025 , this is unacceptable services it is shocking. And all they keep saying the package is not ready for collection I mean really check your staff members to see who is lying take photos or something.
