The Courier Guy is useless

Absolutely disgusted with the service (or lack thereof). My corporate gift provider booked to have my goods collected in Cape Town on Friday 14 December 2018 and delivered to my office in Johannesburg on Tuesday 18th December. After trying all day today (18th December) to call The Courier Guy with NO reply to any of our calls - my supplier called me this afternoon to advise me that The Courier Guy had delivered my parcel BACK TO THEM in Cape Town today!! How is that even possible??? They have my address in Johannesburg on all the documentation. Do NOT use this company if you want good service and integrity.
