The Courier Guy is unrelyable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The courier guy damaged 20 A4 NCR books that I printed for my customer. The spilled some sort of yellow milky fluid all over the package. Then re-packed it so it goes unnoticed by my customer when they delivered. She only saw it after opening the box. They are ONE BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! AND I'LL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. After sending them photos and numerous emails, they said the parcel was not packaged suffiently and therefore they we will not be able to process any claim. It was thightly wrapped in plastic, and I've always done it before why didn't they say anything before then. So the courier guy and their employees can go around damaging all they want and we must just except it! This is not acceptable!
