The Courier Guy is Trash

I've had multiple bad experiences with y'all, but this takes the cake and warrants a serious review.

If I could give -100 for this, I would! My package was delayed, even though the data shows it was dispatched 3 times, I only received it the 4th time after I queried this. I work from home and no one rang my bell or called to confirm. On top of that, I did not received my package in the standard brown box conceiling the contents. It came in its branded packaging, has been burnt, opened and resealed, has holes and the paper has been dirtied and is wet. What is this? Take this ******* and get me my new sealed, signed and approved package as it should be. This is a disgrace. I have pictures of this filth. Also, that driver James (according to Truecaller), or whatever his name is was so damn rude. He pretty much threw the package at my wife, made no eye contact, did not acknowledge my wife's greeting or thanks, and left faster than he arrived as if he knew something was wrong with the package. He ran to his car and sped off.
