The courier guy is too fast

It would have been a 5 star until the end. I enquired how I send a box of linen and clothes over to my daughter in London. Their system for questions etc works. After getting to the point of me accepting the quote m, sending my invoice for the cost of contents, getting their invoice to pay, yesterday at around 5 pm, everything was good. I had a busy morning, so only sat down to process the payment after 12. I did the payment and saw that my order had been cancelled! I checked in with my very on the ball advisor and she said that’s how they get us to pay! By cancelling our orders within 24 hours of them being finalised! Not good policy
