The Courier Guy is the Worst service you will receive in South Africa.

Apparently the No.1 Courier company I hear every morning on the radio, and I am hear to tell you, that its not, This is the worst company I have ever done business with.

Honestly I don't even understand how and why they call them selfs the No.1 Leader markets.

The courier guy picks up my clients parcels on a daily basis. Packaged the correct way (goods wrapped in bubble wrap with a piece of card board, and place inside a box for protection to be more secured x2 fragile stickers on the box)

The courier guy Staff Collects the package... in front of me they are shaking the box, (not sure why) we have asked them DIRECTLY to PLEASE not shake the box as it is a very fragile item and will break.

Courier Guy Staff rep**** and I quote: " THESE THINGS ARE INSURED,SO IF IT BREAKS ITS FINE"😳 To my understanding: so if the client receives they parcel broken, can not use it and miss her deadline for her client, that is okay ????

Seriously...?

The Orders that gets shipped is most of the time late, with leaving my clients frustrated and angry.

Iv had complaints from my clients that the courier guys staff is very rude and disrespectful.

The courier guy Does not care about your Business nor the goods that gets shipped to your clients.

In the mean time you are losing clients as the client buy somewhere els which they know next time the product won't get broken, or arrive late.

how do you stay in business ..?

And when the parcel gets received by the client... its broken in 3different pieces!

Why even put the fragile striker on?

This is a company that is very frustrating, and disappointing to work with. I'm very surprised how they can be still in business and they don't know the the definition of service to clients!

I would NOT recommend anyone to use this company EVER.
