The Courier Guy is the worst courier service ever

I recently ordered products online and the courier guy was the delivery service, I paid R80 extra to have it delivered within 1 business day, it is now the 3rd business day and nothing. I have inquired numerous times with no success. They are very unprofessional. I will never use the courier guy ever again they are the worst courier service I have ever used. And I wont say that anyone should use this company either. I have read so many bad reviews of the courier guy.

You need to step it up Courier Guy if you want to stay in business.
