The Courier Guy is the worst courier service ever.

Worst courier service I have ever received! My parcel has been "out for delivery" and then "returned to depot" for over a week now! Each and every single day. There is not a single day that I have not been at home waiting for them to show up with my parcel but there hasn't even been a single phone call to explain what is going on. And no one has anything to tell you even if you call them.. What sick game are these people playing with us? Now I'm starting tl wonder if they even still have my parcel.. it's so frustrating.
