The Courier Guy is the worst courier company in South Africa

Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. I’ve ordered from two completely different companies, and both made the mistake of using The Courier Guy which tells me this isn’t bad luck, it’s a pattern of incompetence. Their drivers flat-out lie about delivery attempts. No one shows up. No one calls. Yet somehow they magically mark the parcel as “delivery attempted.” It’s dishonest, lazy, and unacceptable. Calling their support center only makes things worse. You’re greeted by clueless, unhelpful staff who clearly have no interest in solving problems or taking responsibility. It’s a masterclass in how not to run customer service. To top it all off, I ordered an item from Amazon at a discounted price. After The Courier Guy falsely claimed a failed delivery, I had to reorder only to find the price had doubled. Their lie directly cost me money. This company is a complete embarrassment. Unreliable drivers, useless support, and zero accountability. The level of incompetence on display is astounding. The Courier Guy is not just bad at what they do, they actively make the entire shopping experience worse. Frankly, a company this dysfunctional should not be operating at all.
