The Courier Guy is the worst

Send some parcel with The Courier Guy through Bellville kiosk, I made sure I pay extra for the package to be well secured. When the package arrived at its destination it was damaged, when I sent a complaint I was told that i signed an indemnity form yet I paid extra for my parcel to bd well secured. If you want to send fragile packages please use PostNet this courier company is not to be trusted with fragile items
