The Courier guy is the worst!

I am furious, for the second time my parcel is delayed cos it is sent to the incorrect area and once sent to the incorrect area, it goes back to JHB and they seem to start the process again. I called the Tzaneen warehouse 3 times trying to confirm I would receive my parcel but still nothing. I even spoke to the manager who said she would call me back and let me know where my parcel is and never did, she is Useless!!!! The Courier guy is the worst!!
