The courier guy is such a bummer. The employees are a bunch of *****s

The courier guy decided to drop off my package at one of their lockers whilst I stated my residential address as my delivery address. Now one has to catch a taxi or drive a distant to access her package. I am livid and fuming 😤. I feel inconvenienced and find myself spending extra unnecessary. If The courier guy employees are now treating us their customers like this then. The courier guy should step down honestly and let the other business serve us whom are able to discipline their clients. Worse their Katlehong management are rude and don’t have telephone etiquette they literally hung up on me.
