The courier guy is pathetic

If I could put no stars I would for them. Their call centre is ***********! And service is pathetic I have not received my parcel for two weeks angelic assisted out of 4 people and nobody can assist. I needed my parcel for an event which I now missed because of the pathetic service they gave when I specifically asked for my parcel to be delivered directly to me!!! Never will use any company that uses their services again
