The Courier Guy is pathetic, despicable, deplorable,

The courier Guy is pathetic, Very ***********, a circus show. I can't believe that in this day and age I have to wait for a week to get a Parcel from Durban to East London. You call The East London Depot and no one cares to answer the phone. The service for a delivery was paid for by the sender and now I the recieving person has to pay for the phone bill try to track down my Parcel.

For 3 consecutive days they say the Parcel is out on Delivery, but seriously a broken CD sounds better than such a pathetic response. I am loosing business , I am supposed to supply the contents of my Parcel to my customers and a bunch of clueless clowns are busy doing nothing to ensure that I receive my Parcel in time.

The owner of this company needs to dismiss these useless things he or she refers to employees.
