The Courier guy is pathetic.

Good day. Im so ashamed to have dealt with this company. I would not recommend that this service should be used by anyone as the service is so super bad i would rather use a place with customer service and professional service. I was called to notify me that my parcel is ready for collection. From there i think i must get the army services to assist me to get it from them. You can call them all you want the simply dont answer. If you phone the staff member on his personal phone he doesn't even bother to answer or decline my call. Tried phoning the head office and customer service no answer and i tried for an hour. Bad seriously.
